Panic In Venezuela as earthquake hit cities, up to a thousand confirmed dead.

  Two very powerful earthquakes, measuring magnitude 7.2 and 7.5, struck northern Venezuela on June 24, 2026, less than a minute apart. The epicenters were offshore, west of Caracas

 The hardest-hit areas include La Guaira and parts of Caracas, where numerous buildings collapsed

 As of today, reports indicate more than 900 people have been confirmed dead, thousands have been injured, and many people remain missing while search-and-rescue operations continue. Authorities expect the casualty figures to change as more areas become accessible

Hundreds of aftershocks have followed, including a magnitude 4.9 earthquake on June 26 that was felt in Caracas and nearby cities. 

  International aid, including search-and-rescue teams and humanitarian assistance, has been mobilized to support relief efforts.
